Do you provide backups for my account/website?
Backups are available for free with our Business and Enterprise packages. The Starter package can have backups enabled for a fee. The backups service offers 30 daily backup copies of your account which you can restore at any time. If you require any file or database to be restored you can request it by submitting a support ticket from your Client Area with us.
Can I have an SSH access to my account?
SSH access is not provided by default, however, if you are feeling comfortable with managing your services via the command line, we will enable SSH access to your account and assist you with all required information. It can be requested by submitting a new support ticket from your Client Area and our technicians will assist you.
How can I use the free SSL certificate on my website?
All our packages offer free SSL certificates. Once your package has been activated you can easily request the SSL installation by submitting a ticket to our Technical Support and it will be done completely free of charge. You can also install as many certificates as you need from your cPanel control panel.
How long will it take to setup my account?
The setup of your account will be completed right after the purchase. Usually, the whole procedure takes а few minutes to verify the order and set up the new account.
Will you assist me with transferring my website to you?
If you already have a website and would like to move it to your hosting account with us, we will gladly assist you with the whole migration, including all website’s files and database, completely free of charge. Once the transfer is completed, we will provide you with information on the required DNS change for your domain name. In order to request a website transfer, please submit a support ticket from your Client Area with us.
