How to create User?
1. Access the customer service portal via the URL https://econsole.conova.com . 2. Log in with your conova username and password. 3. Click “Your Account” in the left menu and then click “Manage Users”. 4. Enter the new user’s data in the “Create new user” form. 5. The new user receives an invitation via email to activate the account and assign a password. 6. If the email is lost or the invitation link has expired, the invitation email can be sent again using the “Resend invitation” button.

1. In the list of users, click on the “Edit User” icon. 2. In the next window you can edit the user’s permissions. Access to the individual modules can be controlled in detail. 3. You can also make a user an “admin user”, so this user has access to all modules and can create and manage other users.
