EXPLANATION OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS, THE MINISTRY OF TAXES AND FEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS October 21, 2010 No. 15-5/840/2-1-9/324 On acts of work performed, services rendered In pursuance of the order of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated October 19, 2010 No. 30/224-1112, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Taxes and Dues of the Republic of Belarus, in order to provide methodological guidance for accounting, reporting and taxation in the Republic of Belarus, explain. When reflecting in accounting and tax accounting business operations for the performance of work (provision of services) having an insignificant value (up to 2 million rubles) under a transaction with one person during a calendar month, the following should be followed.
